BOOKING Written contract to be completed with the tenant's contact details. It is established for a certain number of people, babies are considered as persons to be stipulated in the contract. For security and insurance reasons, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the number of people indicated in the contract. We have the right to deny access to housing to people not included in this contract. PETS: Find out about the acceptance conditions depending on the type of dwelling. CALENDAR: To check the availability of the apartments, you must contact us by phone or e-mail. MINIMUM STAY: In high season the stay will be 7 nights, from * Saturday to Saturday (high season July - August) for other dates to consult us. For the rest of the season for 1 additional night to the previous 7 will have a supplement of 40%, for 2 nights 30% and from 3 nights 20%. PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTIONS: The photos are not contractual. PAYMENT: To confirm your request, you must make a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation. Payment will be made by bank transfer to the checking account indicated in the reservation. In the event that the transfer is not received within 72 hours, the company reserves the right to cancel the pre-reservation without notice. MODIFICATIONS TO THE CONTRACT: No modification will be accepted (change of date, type of accommodation, place, etc.) for the months of July and August. In case of early departure of the tenant, the rental price remains acquired. There will be no refund except the deposit as long as there is no damage and imperfection to the accommodation upon departure. SERVICES INCLUDED: Electricity, water, gas. Please note that bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not provided, see “options”: https://agencedelattre.com/web/fr/opciones. Notify the company if you come with an electric car, depending on the accommodation rented, you will be asked for a supplement of 70 € / week.
ARRIVAL, Each tenant on arrival must collect the keys from our office located at the following address:

ARRIVAL TIME: In high season, the keys are handed over from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., in case of delay it is essential to notify the delattre agency.
All arrivals after 8 p.m. - 11 p.m. (will not be received after 11 p.m.) and Sunday before 11 a.m. will be billed at 50 € depending on availability.
If the tenant does not show up on the date indicated in the contract without notifying the agency, this contract is considered canceled.
SECURITY DEPOSIT OR DEPOSIT A deposit is required between 150 € and 400 € depending on the accommodation, to be paid in CASH when the keys are handed over,
which will be returned to you personally on the day of your departure directly to the rented accommodation, after checking that they are in good condition and cleanliness of the accommodation.
Retention deposit for loss of keys: 50 €
Deposit for the return of dirty accommodation (dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils, bathrooms, kitchens, floors must be clean on departure, no waste): 60 € - 120 €
REST OF PAYMENT, must represent:
- 30% of the rent at the time of booking.
- 70% of the rent within 2 months of the date of your stay.
- 100% of the rent less than 1 month from the date of your stay.
- Or in cash only on the day of your arrival on request.
DURING YOUR STAY EQUIPMENT: The accommodation is made available with all equipment in working order, you have 48 hours to report any malfunction of the house after your arrival. The repairs necessary following negligence or misuse will be the responsibility of the tenant. If during your stay, something breaks or damages occur in the accommodation, you must inform the DELATTRE agency as soon as possible and never wait for the day of departure. -Spain is a country with different customs, for example you may not find bowls, salad bowl or electric coffee maker etc ... ,but it is very common to find Italian coffee makers in the accommodations. REST HOURS: We ask you to behave appropriately and correctly towards the neighbors in your neighborhood, respecting the rest hours from 14 p.m. - 17 p.m. and from 11 p.m. - 10 a.m. and the rules of urbanization. AIR CONDITIONING: It is advisable to maintain an appropriate temperature of no lower than 24°so as not to harm your health. Another rule to optimize the cold is to keep curtains, windows and doors tightly closed. DEPARTURES The departure of your rental must be made between 7h00 and 12h00, directly at your accommodation. You must contact us no later than the day before your departure in order to arrange your departure time. In the event that you have to go at a different time (for example at night), the Delattre agency will carry out the inventory during opening hours, the deposit will be returned to you by bank transfer (bank charges will be borne by the tenant), within 15 days of departure in the absence of damage to the accommodation. In the event of damage observed, the tenant will be informed by email, in this case a period of 2 months will be respected after the date of departure to return the deposit less damage, loss of objects etc ... If the deposit is insufficient , the tenant agrees to complete the sum.
CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CUSTOMER Non-refundable rates in the event of cancellation, the Delattre agency will not issue any refund. We advise our customers to take out cancellation insurance with an insurance company (Europe Assistance, Allianz or other… of your choice). In the event of cancellation of the contract by the tenant, the customer will not be refunded his initial payment of 30% and this will be increased as a penalty: a) 30 days before the date of entry 10% of the rent b) Between 29 and 7 days before the date of entry, 50% of the rent. c) Less than 7 days before the date of entry, 100% of the amount of the reservation. MODIFICATIONS BY THE COMPANY In the event of unforeseen causes not attributable to the company (sale, seizure, fire, etc.) The company will provide the customer with other accommodation with identical or superior characteristics without reimbursement by either party. This modification will always be communicated to the customer by e-mail as soon as possible. INSURANCE All our rentals have their home insurance, however this does not include damage due to misuse, so you must be insured. According to the civil code, you are responsible for damage caused to the accommodation by your negligence or that of the people in your care. In some cases your home insurance includes a “recourse” clause that may cover you while you are on vacation, contact your insurance for more information. DATA PROTECTION In accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (“LPD”), we inform you that by completing the reservation process, your personal data will be incorporated into the Company Files, in order to be able to provide and offer our services. Likewise, we inform you of the possibility of exercising the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data, the company itself being responsible for the file.
COVID-19: Since the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic, we cannot apply Force Majeure policy, as the coronavirus and its consequences are no longer considered unforeseen or unexpected. For contracts with us, if the rental dates fall during a lockdown, we will give you a credit for the total paid, valid until September 2023 knowing that we are open from April to September. DISPUTES: In the event of a dispute related to the execution of these presents, the undersigned parties agree that the competent court will be that of Vinaroz (SPAIN)
