Pets

Car

Deposit
A deposit is required upon arrival. It is used to guarantee the payment of the damages incurred by you during your stay in the accommodation or your equipment. The deposit is only required in cash or on holiday vouchers. The advantage of the cash deposit is that the bonds are returned at the time of your departure.
How to book?
When choosing a rental, contact us by email or phone to check availability (respond within 24 hours). When the rent is available. Send us the following information: your name, surname,identity number, postal address, telephone number, email, the number of people who will occupy the rent (including babies) and if you will be accompanied by animals.
In return, you will receive your Rental Agreement by email or postal mail. From this moment, your rent is reserved for you. Sign your contract and return it or send a confirmation email with the signed scan of your contract.
Send us within 7 days the amount of the reservation indicated in the contract (by bank transfer or holiday vouchers). In return, you will receive a voucher for the amount already paid that constitutes a deposit on the rental amount. This coupon will be presented upon arrival.
If within a period of 7 days, Agence Delattre does not receive confirmation of the payment of your reservation, a reminder letter will be sent by email. In the case of a negative response or not, the rent is again available to another customer without prior notice.
Supermarkets
On the site, it has many stores. Starting with the market every Monday morning in the center of the city. For large and medium-sized stores, you will find: a CONSUM supermarket in the center of the city and MERCADONA. 7 kms to Benicarlo along the beach, you will find a LIDL. Housing team

All our rentals are equipped with at least:

Accommodation verification

Hours and days of opening of the Agency.
The DELATTRE agency is open every day, except for Sundays and Spanish legal holidays. The opening hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Outside these hours, the DELATTRE agency is available by phone in case of emergency. Payment methods accepted
The DELATTRE agency accepts payments by bank transfer to the account whose IBAN codes are indicated at the beginning of the contract.

Number of people

The crockery is delivered in sufficient quantity for each accommodation.
Payment of the balance
The balance must be paid no later than 1 month before the start of the reservation. It can be done by bank transfer.
It is also possible, at the request of the tenant, to pay the balance upon arrival, but only in cash.
The pictures
All the photos of the site were taken exclusively by us. Its reproduction for public needs is, therefore, subject to our authorization. The owners may have to modify their furniture or their decoration, we can not certify the accuracy of the photos in relation to the reality of the apartment upon arrival. Only written contractual descriptions are contractual.
Swimming pools
The community pools are generally open from June 15 to September 15 (approximate dates according to the urbanization). Some large groups must be supervised by first aid rescuers (Spanish regulations). In case of absence of this staff, the pools are closed without notice. Refunds-cancellations
In case of cancellation, the reservation is in charge of AGENCE DELATTRE. We advise our clients to take out cancellation insurance with an approved company.
Health Pass
According to the October 1, 2021 update of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, all travelers over the age of 12 from any country of the European Union, who enter Spain by any means whatsoever must prove by means of a European covid digital certificate or a valid official document that they have received a full cycle of vaccination against Covid at least 7 days before the trip or 28 in the case of having received the janssen serum or having performed, with a negative result, a PCR or antigenic test at least 24 hours before travel.
Passengers coming from a risk area must present a certificate or document accrediting vaccination, diagnostic test of active infection (PDIA)or recovery from COVID-19.
